Retail Enterprise Data

30 years ago, we bet on data. Today, we are betting on AI.

REDList brings decades of retail systems, data, and store-operations experience to Toshiba ELERA adoption. As a Toshiba Gold Partner with active ELERA product work, REDList is positioned to assist companies that need a practical migration path from ACE to ELERA without losing control of item data, transaction flow, or downstream operations.

We are building the tooling now. VTERM and its test tools, Load Test, User Management, WebPOS fingerprint support, Admin Lite, and the ACE-to-ELERA Bridge are available today. Store Manager UI and ACE Onboarding are coming soon, with ACE Onboarding already in active testing.

Need older TLOGic, ACE Reports, or historical company content? That material is still available below and on the legacy REDList website, but the new REDList direction is centered on ELERA and the ACE-to-ELERA transition.

Legacy products still matter during transition periods. Review TLOGic and ACE Reports if your environment still depends on them.

How REDList supports the ACE-to-ELERA migration

REDList is approaching ELERA as an implementation problem that needs working software, not just high-level consulting language. The priority is continuity across item maintenance, transaction handling, and downstream operational support. Our ACE Onboarding app is coming soon. Onboard the store. Replay its reality. Prove the result.

Keep item maintenance moving

The ACE to ELERA bridge is designed for the practical reality that ACE and ELERA often run side by side. REDList focuses on item-data continuity across ADDMI, imports, catalogs, price lists, and change plans.

Validate transaction flows early

VTERM gives customers a way to test completed baskets, stepwise cart flows, receipts, and lifecycle behavior before production rollout. That reduces risk for eCommerce, smart-cart, and external transaction-injection scenarios.

Build toward richer ELERA operations

User Management and WebPOS fingerprint support solve operator-access needs now. Admin Lite manages tax, hierarchy, catalog, and pricing work through controlled change plans; Store Manager UI expands the broader store experience while ACE Onboarding and POSLOG ETL support the transition.

Beta Partner Program

Upcoming Store Manager UI

Store Manager UI is being built from the Admin Lite foundation into a fuller ELERA back-office experience. The goal is not just another admin console. The goal is a retail-ready interface for stores, receipts, journals, cash workflows, pricing visibility, and day-to-day operational management.

We are looking to partner with beta testers who want early influence over workflows, rollout priorities, and support features. The receipt and journal experience already shows the direction, and we want the product shaped by real retailer feedback instead of isolated lab assumptions.

Active Testing

ACE Onboarding beta

ACE Onboarding is being tested as a guided way to capture a production ACE store, publish supported configuration into ELERA, and validate it with a production TLOG. Automated ACE-versus-ELERA report comparison is the next milestone, turning discrepancies into an actionable worklist.

Existing REDList products still support mixed environments

TLOGic and ACE Reports remain available where customers still need legacy reporting, transaction analysis, or parallel-state support. They are no longer the center of the site, but they still help some customers during transition periods.

TLOGic

TLOGic remains available for teams that need high-volume transaction analysis, AI-assisted review, and supporting data workflows while broader platform change is underway.
