REDList is seeking a Customer Service Representative with 3+ years experience. This individual will have responsibility for responding to customer inquiries and issues, sales order life cycle, generating and managing purchase orders as required, supporting outside sales staff and other general office duties as needed.
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree or comparable experience, references, strong communication skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. This is a part-time position (12 -16 hours per week) located in Lake Orion, MI.
